A token starts up the express gelato, frozen yogurt and variegated ice cream delivery. Three possible variegates add taste and colour.

Gel Matic’s unique UP technology offers:
• precise, stable dosage by weight;
• pre-settings allowing for the use of different cups and cones;
• pre-settings allowing for different ice cream shapes and weights thanks to dedicated software, without the need to make any mechanical adjustments;
• automatic detection of delivery problems, plus a light that warns the operator of any errors or malfunctions.
